Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Brand Growth

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Build and strengthen the company's online brand presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
Plan and implement campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights and analytics.

Content Planning & Research

Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify relevant content opportunities.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
Research industry trends, customer interests, and emerging topics to create engaging and valuable content.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.

Script Writing & Content Creation

Prepare creative scripts for short-form and long-form video content, reels, promotional campaigns, interviews, and podcasts.
Develop compelling captions, headlines, and storytelling concepts that resonate with the target audience.
Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and messaging.

Community Engagement

Manage and grow online communities across all social media platforms.
Respond promptly to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
Foster meaningful interactions with followers and encourage community participation.
Build relationships with influencers, creators, and brand advocates where applicable.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, viral content, and emerging digital marketing practices.
Identify trending topics and proactively create timely, relevant content.
Recommend innovative ideas to improve content performance and audience engagement.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Utilize analytics tools to optimize content strategy and maximize ROI.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or organization.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent content writing, copywriting, and scriptwriting skills.
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Strong research, creativity, and storytelling abilities.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
