Sales Handler/Tendering Specialist

Recruit AI is seeking a dedicated Sales Handler/Tendering Specialist to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably electrical, electronics, or a related field, and possesses a minimum of three years of relevant experience. The role focuses on preparing quotations and technical proposals with direct supervision, engaging effectively with clients and suppliers, and ensuring that all submissions meet technical specifications and client requirements. Attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products are essential for success in this position. In this role, you will work closely with the team to maintain accurate sales trackers, proposal templates, and supplier databases. You will play a key role in product sourcing from both local and international markets, ensuring alignment with required technical standards. The role demands excellent communication abilities both verbally and in writing, allowing you to liaise professionally with all stakeholders. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires a high level of organization, multitasking capability, and a commitment to maintaining professionalism across documentation and client interactions.
Responsibilities

Prepare detailed quotations and technical proposals under supervision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client specifications.
Engage in professional communication with clients and suppliers to clarify requirements, negotiate terms, and respond promptly to inquiries.
Source and evaluate products from local and international suppliers, verifying that products meet precise technical specifications.
Create, maintain, and organize well-formatted documents, presentations, and bidding files with a focus on consistency and professionalism.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure correct pricing, adherence to compliance standards, and timely delivery of proposals.
Maintain up-to-date sales trackers, proposal templates, and supplier databases to support efficient operations and reporting.
Manage multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools, PDF software, and email platforms proficiently to draft clear and professional communication and documentation.
