QA Manager

Recruit AI is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Manager with at least six years of experience to lead and enhance our quality assurance efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing test management, implementing quality assurance methodologies, and driving continuous improvement in product quality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products and is eager to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment. Although this position does not require managing a team, the QA Manager will play a key role in coordinating with cross-functional teams to establish testing standards, optimize test processes, and maintain product quality. The candidate must be able to lead through influence, mentor junior team members informally, and collaborate closely with development and product teams to achieve quality goals.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive test management strategies to ensure thorough coverage and effective defect detection.
Apply and advocate quality assurance methodologies and best practices to improve product reliability and performance.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define quality standards and testing requirements.
Design, execute, and monitor test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts to validate software functionality and usability.
Analyze testing outcomes and metrics to identify trends, risks, and areas for process improvement.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing enhancements in testing tools and processes.
Support the development and maintenance of documentation related to quality assurance policies and procedures.
Facilitate communication between development and QA teams to resolve defects and ensure timely product releases.
Mentor and guide junior testers informally, promoting adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance to continuously improve testing approaches.
