We are looking for a hands-on mid-level candidate with strong experience in GA4, Firebase, audience growth, retention, push/CRM campaigns, digital acquisition, OTT/content analytics and reporting. The candidate should be able to independently manage growth activities rather than only work at a strategy level.

Requirements

4–7 years of relevant experience in OTT, digital media, growth marketing, audience engagement, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience with GA4 and Firebase.
Experience in audience growth, retention, CRM/push campaigns, and digital acquisition.
Strong understanding of OTT/content analytics and reporting.
Data-driven, proactive, and capable of independently executing growth activities.

Responsibilities

Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
Manage and optimize GA4 & Firebase analytics.
Plan and execute push notification and CRM campaigns.
Analyze audience behavior, content performance, and user journeys.
Track growth KPIs and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
Collaborate with Content, Marketing, and Product teams to accelerate audience growth.
