Join Recruit AI as a BIM Coordinator - Power, where you will take charge of developing, coordinating, and maintaining Building Information Modeling (BIM) models for power-related projects. You play a key role in ensuring strict compliance with project requirements, client standards, Employers Information Requirements (EIR), and approved BIM Execution Plans (BEP). This role involves coordinating multi-disciplinary BIM models including architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing models, integrating inputs from subcontractors and manufacturers to produce federated models that support accurate design and construction workflows. You will actively manage clash detection processes, prepare detailed reports for clients such as DEWA, and ensure the progressive and precise population of Construction-Operations Building information exchange (COBie) data in line with asset information requirements.
Your responsibilities include enforcing rigorous quality controls on BIM deliverables, facilitating coordination meetings, and monitoring teams adherence to established BIM standards throughout project phases. The role demands a proactive approach to resolving collaboration challenges by promoting clarity, fostering positive cooperation, and guiding project teams using model-driven insights to enable informed decisions. Additionally, you will validate as-built BIM models and compile final information for project delivery and closeout, contributing to continuous improvements and supporting lessons learned documentation. This position requires a strong commitment to professional development and staying current with emerging BIM technologies and methodologies, ensuring Recruit AI delivers cutting-edge digital construction solutions. The role does not involve managing a team but requires collaborative coordination with multiple project stakeholders.
As the BIM Coordinator, you act as the central point for interdisciplinary coordination among all project teams, guaranteeing seamless information flow and consistent BIM processes. You will lead quality assurance by enforcing compliance with regulatory and project-specific guidelines. You are entrusted to address challenges proactively, promoting open discussions about workflow enhancements and the adoption of best practices to improve model accuracy and project outcomes. Your data-driven approach enables transparent and fair decision-making by leveraging BIM analytics and clash detection results. You support the preparation and continual refinement of the BIM Execution Plan, while actively monitoring its implementation and providing regular feedback to BIM management. In this role, your contribution ensures that digital construction models remain accurate and reliable throughout design, construction, and handover phases for power infrastructure projects.
