Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's integrated management system according to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001 standards.
• Monitor and analyze quality and safety metrics and key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive internal and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
• Lead root cause analyses and manage corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities effectively.
• Collaborate with various departments to define quality objectives that align with the overall organizational strategy.
• Manage document control processes including record keeping and version control of all quality and safety documentation.
• Design and deliver training and awareness programs on quality management systems, occupational health, and safety procedures.
• Handle customer complaints promptly, ensuring their resolution in line with company policies and quality standards.
• Develop, enforce, and review health, safety, and environmental policies to comply with OSHA, local laws, and industry best practices.
• Perform risk assessments and hazard identification to proactively prevent workplace incidents.
• Lead incident investigations, including root cause analyses, and implement corrective measures to mitigate reoccurrence.
• Promote and maintain a safety culture through ongoing employee engagement, training sessions, and safety communication strategies.
• Ensure workplace safety equipment, signage, and emergency response plans are appropriately maintained and accessible.
• Coordinate safety audits, inspections, and generate compliance reports for senior management review.
• Manage safety committees and facilitate active employee participation in safety initiatives and programs.
• Lead and motivate a team responsible for executing quality, health, safety, and environmental functions.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts by integrating quality and safety practices across the organization.
• Stay informed on regulatory updates and industry trends impacting quality, health, safety, and environmental management.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing audit findings, safety incidents, and improvement proposals for senior leadership.
