Reamarc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack WordPress Developer with at least seven years of professional experience to join our dynamic team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in WordPress development, including theme customization, plugin development, and WooCommerce integration. This position requires the ability to work onsite and manage a team of two developers, guiding technical tasks and project delivery to meet business goals. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative WordPress-based solutions while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
As a senior member of our development team, you will lead the technical implementation of custom WordPress sites and plugins, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize existing functionalities. Proficient knowledge of PHP programming, MySQL database management, and WooCommerce customization is essential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust web applications. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor junior developers to foster professional growth and promote best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to company requirements.
- Manage and enhance WooCommerce functionality including customization and integration with third-party tools.
- Maintain and optimize MySQL databases for efficient and secure data handling.
- Lead and supervise a team of two developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical support.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure website security, responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and overall performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to WordPress core, themes, plugins, and hosting environments.
