You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the program from start to finish, ensuring that the objectives and KPIs are met within the given timeline and budget.

You will work closely with the training team, external stakeholders, and the DONOR/PARTNER to create a high-quality learning environment that fosters skill development and professional growth for the trainees.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the program is inclusive, accessible, and delivered with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Program Management & Execution:

    • Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of the training program.
    • Ensure that the program aligns with the set objectives and milestones, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.
    • Manage day-to-day operations of the training program, including overseeing schedules, logistics, and resource allocation.

2.     Coordination with Stakeholders:

    • Act as the primary point of contact between the training team, support staff, and DONOR/PARTNER.
    • Coordinate closely with DONOR/PARTNER and other stakeholders to ensure that all program activities meet the required standards and reporting criteria.
    • Collaborate with community leaders and local organizations to facilitate smooth execution and reach the targeted beneficiaries.

3.     Development & Delivery of Training Content:

    • Work with trainers to design and refine course content, ensuring it meets industry standards and is tailored to the needs of the beneficiaries.
    • Ensure that training materials, modules, and assessments are aligned with both practical application in the beauty industry and current market trends.
    • Supervise the preparation of toolkits and learning resources for trainees, and ensure they are distributed effectively

4.     Monitoring & Evaluation:

    • Implement a robust system for tracking the progress and performance of trainees and the overall program.
    • Regularly review program KPIs, including attendance, skill acquisition, and trainee satisfaction, and report on these to the DONOR/PARTNER.
    • Identify challenges or bottlenecks during the program and suggest actionable improvements.
  1. Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and support a team of trainers, ensuring they are well-prepared and able to deliver high-quality training sessions.
    • Mentor and guide trainers in enhancing their instructional techniques and providing practical, hands-on training to the beneficiaries.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages participation and personal development.
  2. Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure that the training delivered is of the highest quality and meets the expectations set by the program’s sponsors, including DONOR/PARTNER and other partners.
    • Guarantee the training venue is suitable, safe, and conducive to learning, with all necessary resources in place.
  3. Reporting & Documentation:
    • Compile and submit regular progress reports, including trainee attendance, performance, and outcomes.
    • Document case studies, success stories, and lessons learned throughout the program to highlight impact and areas for future development.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Management, Social Sciences, or any other relevant field is required.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, particularly in vocational training programs or youth development initiatives.
    • Demonstrated success in managing training programs, particularly those focused on youth employment or skill development.
    • Experience working with UN agencies, INGOs, or similar organizations will be considered a strong asset.
  • Skills & Expertise:
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both local communities and high-level stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience managing large-scale vocational training programs, particularly those involving marginalized or vulnerable populations.
  • Familiarity with the beauty industry, including hands-on experience with beautician training or related fields, is a plus.
  • Prior experience working in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or with communities affected by natural disasters is advantageous.
