Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Sales and Marketing Strategies:

    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop comprehensive strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
    • Analyze customer preferences and behavior to tailor strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  2. Sales Activities:

    • Actively engage in sales efforts to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
    • Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
    • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  3. Marketing Initiatives:

    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
    • Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Utilize social media platforms and other online tools to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
    • Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and inform product/service development.
  5. Collaboration and Reporting:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, finance, and customer service, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
