We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to act as the voice and face of our company when dealing with our valued clients. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, understand our clients' unique needs, and communicate efficiently with the tech team. They will maintain a positive image in front of our clients, ensuring client satisfaction & also sustain a healthy communication cadence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently document project details, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and coherence.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, ensuring all their queries about our IT services and products are documented proficiently.
  • The individual needs to communicate with the client therefore, confidence, clarity, and a presentable demeanor are essential.
  • Regularly update documentation to reflect system changes, new requirements, or other relevant updates.
  •  Engage with cross-functional teams to communicate client needs, feedback, and market trends.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Requirements:

  • Clear spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Superior interpersonal skills, capable of forming strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various clients' needs simultaneously.
  • An assertive, proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience with international clients is a plus.
