You will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives. This position serves as an entry point into the HR department, where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while contributing to the overall success of the organization. You will work closely with the HR team to assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR activities. This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop essential skills in HR administration and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees by providing support and guidance.
  • Participating in training sessions and providing assistance to staff members.
  • Assisting in resolving minor conflicts under supervision.
  • Completing assigned administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Supporting senior HR management in conducting basic needs assessments for training and development programs.
  • Participating in the implementation of HR training programs for employees.
  • Coordinating schedules and assisting in organizing meetings between employees and management.
  • Assisting in educating employees on HR policies and practices.
  • Providing basic support to management on performance and organizational matters.
  • Participating in basic assessments of employee job performance and overall company performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.
  • Previous internship or coursework experience in human resources or related areas is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts and principles.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with basic software tools such as email and office communication platforms.
  • Basic presentation skills (ability to assist with presentations).
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in various HR functions.
  • Ability to follow instructions and take direction from senior HR management.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Openness to receiving feedback and incorporating it into work tasks.
