Reddit / Discord Expert

We are looking for a talented and experienced Reddit and Discord Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on Reddit and Discord communities, engaging with users, and driving brand awareness and engagement.

Develop and implement strategies to grow our presence and engagement on Reddit and Discord platforms.
Create and curate engaging content for Reddit, including posts, comments, and AMAs (Ask Me Anything), to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our website.
Manage and moderate our Discord server, including creating channels, setting up roles and permissions, and enforcing community guidelines.
Foster positive relationships with Reddit and Discord communities by engaging with users, responding to comments and messages, and addressing questions and concerns.
Monitor Reddit and Discord trends, topics, and discussions relevant to our industry and brand, and identify opportunities for participation and engagement.
Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to align Reddit and Discord efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
Analyze performance metrics, such as subreddit growth, engagement rates, and community sentiment, and provide regular reports and insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Reddit and Discord marketing, community management, and online engagement.

Requirements:

Bachelor\\\\\\\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Reddit and Discord expert or similar role, with a track record of successful community management and engagement.
Strong understanding of Reddit and Discord platforms, culture, and etiquette, with a deep knowledge of subreddit rules and Discord server management best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
Active participation in relevant Reddit communities and Discord servers is highly desirable.
