System / Network Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled System and Network Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on providing exceptional support across network infrastructure, Computer, Network Printers, Scanners, Security cameras, Time Attendance Devices, Ethernet devices, switches, routers, LAN, WAN & VPN. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, assisting end-users with technical issues, and maintaining the network performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide responsive and effective technical support to end-users, computer networks and systems including software, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware·
Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
End user accounts, permissions, and access control for various systems and applications.
Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades to keep systems current.
Provide comprehensive support for network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
Three Layered Standard Cisco Campus Hierarchical LAN Infrastructure comprised of L3/L2 Cisco Switches.
knowledge of routing protocols like OSPF, VLANs, STP, HSRP, ACLs, L2 Security.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues promptly and efficiently.
Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal network performance and uptime.
Provide comprehensive support for IP Cams and Biometric Devices
Experience Esxi and vsphere are preferred.
Experience ERP & Database are preferred.

Qualifications:-

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
Minimum Five years proven experience as a System and Network Administrator or similar role with a strong focus on support.
