We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on lead generation and customer support, requiring exceptional English communication skills. The ideal candidate will contribute to our growth by identifying new business opportunities and providing top-notch support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

    • Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
    • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with company goals.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through effective outreach strategies.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead-generation campaigns and initiatives.
  • Customer Support:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about our products and services.
    • Assist clients in navigating our offerings, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
    • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in services and processes.
  • Communication:

    • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders through various channels, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
    • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
    • Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and customers in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and share insights.
    • Provide regular updates to management on lead generation activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement and growth strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer support, with a focus on lead generation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
