Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage shipping labels for international shipments.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with shipping regulations and requirements.
- Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely and correct dispatch of shipments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of shipping labels and related documentation.
- Communicate with carriers and logistics partners to resolve any issues related to shipping labels.
- Assist in tracking shipments and updating status in the system.
- Continuously improve processes for creating and managing shipping labels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in creating shipping labels, preferably for international shipments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good typing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using shipping software and tools.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the logistics or shipping industry.
- Familiarity with various carriers and their shipping label requirements.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
