We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves ground sales activities, distributing promotional materials, acquiring business cards from potential clients, staying updated with market trends, and daily reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ground Sales: Actively engage in sales activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Visit potential clients, present our services, and close sales deals.
- Pamphlet Distribution: Effectively distribute promotional pamphlets to targeted areas and businesses to raise awareness about our services.
- Card Receiving of Businesses: Collect business cards from potential clients and maintain a database for follow-up and networking purposes.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and improve our services.
- Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit daily sales reports detailing activities, progress, and achieving targets. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the courier or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for ground sales activities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
