The Courier - Operations plays an essential role in maintaining the seamless flow of parcel transportation between customers and the office. This position involves visiting customers to collect parcels, packing them when necessary, and transporting them securely to the designated office location. In addition to field duties, the courier assists with packing tasks within the office environment, contributing to the overall logistics process. Candidates must possess a valid CNIC, driving license, and own a motorbike, with a preference for those aged 20 to 39. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals seeking growth and hands-on experience in a fast-paced logistics organization.
Responsibilities
- Visit customers to collect parcels in a timely and professional manner.
- Pack parcels at customer locations when required, ensuring proper packaging standards are met.
- Transport parcels safely and efficiently from customer locations to the company office.
- Assist with packing parcels at the office, supporting warehouse and logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records of parcel collection and delivery statuses.
- Adhere to company safety rules and traffic regulations during all deliveries and travel.
- Ensure the motorbike is well-maintained and prepared for daily operations.
- Communicate any delivery issues or delays promptly to the operations team.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in all assigned duties and shifts.
- Contribute positively to team dynamics through a proactive and willing-to-learn attitude.
