SEO Specialist

Rank Drill31 is seeking a dedicated SEO Specialist to join its dynamic marketing division. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, and content strategy to drive organic traffic growth and improve the search engine rankings of our diverse portfolio of websites. You will manage a team of 40 professionals, coordinating efforts to implement comprehensive SEO strategies that enhance online visibility and user engagement. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog SEO Spider, and various competitive analysis platforms. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 to 3 years of SEO experience and demonstrates a robust understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO techniques. You will be responsible for conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and utilizing SEO tools to monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure the seamless integration of SEO best practices into digital marketing initiatives and content management systems. Your leadership will be vital in guiding and mentoring SEO team members to achieve collective targets and maintain a strong competitive advantage in the digital landscape.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective SEO strategies that increase organic search visibility and rankings across various search engines.
Lead and manage a team of 40 SEO professionals, ensuring alignment of goals and continuous skill development.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact terms and topics for website optimization and content creation.
Perform detailed on-page optimization including meta tags, header tags, URL structure, and internal linking to enhance site relevance.
Oversee technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues such as crawl errors, site speed, mobile usability, and indexation problems.
Implement off-page SEO tactics including link-building campaigns and outreach to improve domain authority and referral traffic.
Monitor and analyze web traffic and performance data using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to identify trends and opportunities.
Utilize Screaming Frog SEO Spider to perform thorough site audits and address technical challenges impacting SEO performance.
Collaborate with content teams to define and execute content strategies aligned with SEO best practices and user intent.
Manage SEO integration within Content Management Systems to maintain optimized website architecture and content updates.
Perform competitive analysis to benchmark performance and inform strategic planning.
Provide regular reports on SEO performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Mentor and train team members to enhance their SEO skills and contribute effectively to team objectives.
