The Fashion Designer Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the design team, ensuring the creation of high-quality fashion products that align with the brand's vision and market trends. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership:

- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and oversee production quality.
Quality Control:
- Ensure all designs meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
- Review prototypes and samples, making necessary adjustments to achieve the desired outcome.
Budget and Timeline Management:
- Develop and manage design budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Create project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Professional Development:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in fashion design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
