Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Raheem's Company, you play a crucial role in guiding the success of our products and leading the cross-functional team responsible for improving them. You will define the product vision, create a roadmap, and prioritize features based on stakeholder feedback and data analysis. This position requires a strong understanding of user experience design, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, to ensure that our products meet market needs and are delivered in a timely manner. You will manage a team of two, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability while guiding your team members in achieving their goals and developing their skills.
Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and team members.
Ensure alignment between product goals and overarching company objectives by collaborating with various departments.
Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, stakeholders, and market research to inform product development.
Lead a cross-functional team, including designers and developers, to effectively translate product requirements into actionable tasks.
Manage the product development process using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Analyze data and user feedback to refine product features, improve user experience, and support informed decision-making.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
Conduct regular sprint reviews and retrospectives to assess progress, identify issues, and implement improvements.
Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem solving and experimentation.
Mentor and coach team members, providing them with growth opportunities and constructive feedback to enhance their performance.
