RAFHY Apparel is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with excellent data management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience and possesses basic database knowledge, file organization capabilities, and effective time management skills. This role requires a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency in entering, maintaining, and updating data within various company systems.
This position involves overseeing data entry tasks while managing a small team of one person. The Data Entry Operator will ensure data integrity, prepare reports, and support departments by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. The role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and the capability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into company databases and update records using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Verify and correct data by comparing it with source documents to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and manage files systematically to facilitate quick retrieval and updates.
- Use basic database systems to maintain and track business information.
- Produce regular reports and summaries as requested by management and other departments.
- Prioritize and manage time effectively to meet daily and weekly data entry targets.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a small data entry team to optimize productivity and ensure high-quality work.
- Train and assist the team member in data entry processes and software usage.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
- Identify and suggest improvements in data management and entry processes to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure data consistency and integrity across platforms.
