Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, particularly in the telecom industry, and will be responsible for managing front desk operations and providing exceptional support to customers and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Handle incoming calls and customer queries promptly and efficiently.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies to walk-in customers.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Care Representative, preferably with Jazz, Zong, or Telenor. (will be preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., MS Office).
