Key Responsibilities

Greet patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and courtesy.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
Schedule patient appointments and manage appointment logs.
Assist with patient check-in/check-out procedures, including verifying personal information and insurance details.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Coordinate with internal departments to address patient and visitor needs.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (experience in healthcare is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic familiarity with hospital management software is preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
A friendly and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
