Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy in wages, deductions, and compliance with applicable laws.
Maintain and update payroll records in the HRMS system, including attendance, leave, and overtime data.
Ensure adherence to local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to payroll.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including summaries, employee pay slips, and statutory compliance reports.
Address payroll-related queries and concerns, providing timely resolutions to employee issues.
Assist with internal and external audits by providing accurate payroll data and documentation.
Identify opportunities to enhance payroll processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems. (HRMS)
Familiarity with tax laws, labor regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
