Responsibilities:

Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Oversee financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and reporting on key financial metrics.
Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and laws.
Manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
Provide insightful financial analysis to guide decision-making and support business growth.
Collaborate with department heads to monitor and control departmental budgets.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance performance and support career growth.
Identify and implement improvements in financial processes to increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or accounting, is preferred.
3+ years of experience in financial management or related roles.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven leadership ability with a focus on collaboration and team development.
