Driver

Rabi Pirzada Foundation is seeking a responsible and experienced Driver to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a valid driving license and at least five years of professional driving experience, with an excellent knowledge of Lahores roads and traffic regulations. This role requires punctuality, professionalism, and the ability to safely drive company vehicles while ensuring the timely and secure transport of staff, documents, and other company items. Maintaining the cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle is essential, along with performing routine vehicle checks and promptly reporting any maintenance needs. The Driver will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the foundation by following all traffic laws and safety guidelines rigorously. The position demands confidentiality, responsible behavior, good communication skills, and a clean driving record. It does not involve managing a team but does require assisting with office-related errands when necessary. Responsibilities

Drive company vehicles safely, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
Ensure timely and efficient pick-up and drop-off of staff, official documents, and any other items as required.
Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness both inside and out and ensure it remains in excellent working condition.
Perform regular inspections and routine maintenance tasks on the vehicle, reporting any issues promptly to the appropriate department.
Plan routes efficiently with an in-depth knowledge of Lahores streets and navigation to avoid delays.
Maintain confidentiality regarding all company matters and sensitive information encountered during transportation duties.
Assist with office errands or other support tasks as assigned by the administration team.
Demonstrate responsible, respectful, and professional behavior in all interactions while representing the foundation.
Keep an accurate record of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents.
Maintain a clean and valid driving license and comply with all vehicle registration and insurance requirements.
