RA Glass & Aluminum is seeking a skilled Aluminum Worker based in Lahore with at least three years of experience in aluminum fabrication. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in working with aluminum materials, shaping, cutting, assembling, and finishing to meet specific project requirements. This role involves working closely with design plans and technical drawings to fabricate high-quality aluminum components used in a variety of applications. The Aluminum Worker must maintain a strong focus on precision, safety, and efficiency throughout the fabrication process. The successful candidate will oversee and direct a team of three persons, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of all assigned tasks. This leadership responsibility involves guiding team members, assigning duties, monitoring progress, and promoting adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Working collaboratively with the team, the Aluminum Worker is expected to troubleshoot fabrication challenges and optimize processes to achieve optimal results while meeting project deadlines.
Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements related to aluminum fabrication.
Cut, shape, and assemble aluminum materials using hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery with high precision.
Measure and inspect finished products to verify accuracy and quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Operate and maintain aluminum fabrication equipment and tools, conducting routine checks to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.
Collaborate with the team to create custom aluminum components and structures for windows, doors, partitions, and other applications.
Supervise and coordinate a team of three workers, delegating tasks effectively and providing guidance to enhance productivity and quality.
Train team members on best practices, safety protocols, and efficient fabrication techniques to foster a knowledgeable and compliant workforce.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold safety standards and promote efficient workflow.
Address and resolve fabrication issues promptly, troubleshooting technical challenges and suggesting process improvements.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines throughout all fabrication activities.
Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to align fabrication processes with overall project timelines and objectives.
