Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Researching and identifying potential leads or prospects through various channels such as online research, networking events, and referrals.

Client Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for collaboration or partnership.

Sales and Pitching: Presenting products or services to potential clients, delivering sales pitches, and negotiating terms and agreements to secure new business deals.

Market Research: Conducting market analysis and gathering intelligence on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify business growth opportunities.

Proposal Development: Collaborating with the internal team to develop customized proposals, presentations, and other sales materials to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

Relationship Management: Maintaining ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Networking and Industry Events: Participating in industry conferences, events, and trade shows to expand professional networks, represent the company, and identify potential business prospects.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals and objectives.

Reporting and Analysis: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and business development activities to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experiences in related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Team player
