The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing various aspects of salon operations, including staff management, client management, and maintaining the salon premises.
Key responsibilities include:
Staff Management: Supervising salon staff.Scheduling and coordinating work shifts to ensure optimal coverage.Providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.Encouraging professional development and fostering a positive work environment.
Client Management: Ensuring exceptional customer service by monitoring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns.Managing client bookings, including appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.Staying up-to-date with industry trends and suggesting innovative ideas to enhance the client experience.
Salon Premises Management: Overseeing salon maintenance, cleanliness, and organization to create a welcoming environment.Managing inventory and ordering salon supplies, products, and equipment as needed.Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation standards.Collaborating with vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility maintenance and repairs.
Other Details:
Pay: Rs 45,000.00 - Rs 50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
