We are looking for a Senior SEO Expert with a proven track record in e-commerce SEO to lead and manage our SEO team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, technical expertise, and the ability to develop and execute strategic SEO campaigns. As a Senior SEO Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our organic search performance and driving our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve rankings, and boost sales.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO professionals, ensuring their growth and success.
- Optimize website architecture, on-page elements, and off-page factors for improved crawlability and indexation.
- Conduct keyword research, content optimization, and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Utilize SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) to track performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes, adapting strategies as needed.
- Manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SEO Expert with a strong focus on e-commerce.
- In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, including website architecture, crawlability, and indexation.
- Experience in optimizing product pages, category structures, and managing large-scale e-commerce websites.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Industry-specific experience in the fragrance or beauty sector (preferred but not required).
