Duties Include:
- Perform day-end and month-end account analysis and prepare reconciliations; review general ledger activity; prepare, enter, and post journal entries; and any other tasks deemed necessary to facilitate the day or month-end close process
- Prepare daily and monthly revenue and profit statements
- Prepare daily and monthly bills
- Maintain, record and reconcile fixed assets
- Maintain budgets for remodels and new cafe openings
- Ensure timely data management
- Work with Cafe Manager to ensure timely and accurate payment of bills
- Coordinate and resolve payment issues with vendors and other restaurants
- Quickly, accurately, and professionally respond to all internal and external inquiries
- Other accounting tasks if required for the cafe
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting2+ years of experience
- Thorough knowledge of accounting functions and processes
- Strong computer skills utilizing POS softwares and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written, and presentation communication skills
- Self-starter, pleasant personality and able to work independently and within a group
