Female Sales Executive

Quattris is seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on driving sales growth by generating leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively to close deals. The Sales Executive plays a key role in presenting products and services to prospective clients and managing customer data in the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. In this role, you will not be responsible for managing a team but will work closely with various departments to support business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires someone who is resilient, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales goals. The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field and have between one and three years of relevant sales experience.
Responsibilities

Generate new business leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking activities.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate product or service benefits.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to close sales.
Maintain up-to-date records of client information and sales activities using the CRM system.
Achieve or surpass assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
Identify potential new market segments and propose strategies to capture them.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide client feedback and improve offerings.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to assist management in decision-making.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
