Quatro Uno is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Store Inventory Controller to manage and supervise inventory processes within the company. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in inventory management and is responsible, hardworking, and honest. This role focuses on maintaining accurate stock levels, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and ensuring seamless warehouse operations. The Store Inventory Controller will work closely with vendors and utilize order management systems to ensure timely stock replenishment and optimal order processing. This position does not involve managing a team, but requires strong individual accountability and meticulous attention to detail to support the inventory control functions at Quatro Uno. The Store Inventory Controller plays a critical role in demand forecasting and stock monitoring to prevent excess inventory or stockouts. By leveraging experience in warehouse operations and vendor management, the candidate ensures all inventory procedures align with company standards and operational efficiency. The role demands excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies and managing supplier relationships in order to optimize stock levels and sustain continuity in supply chain activities.
Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control the stock levels to ensure timely availability of products and prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.
  • Perform regular stock reconciliation to identify and rectify discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
  • Manage warehouse operations by coordinating stock receipt, storage, and dispatch to maintain an organized and efficient inventory environment.
  • Process incoming and outgoing orders accurately using the Order Management System to maintain updated inventory records.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth procurement processes, timely deliveries, and proper handling of returns or discrepancies.
  • Analyze demand forecasts and consumption trends to plan inventory replenishment effectively and avoid stockouts.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and prepare reports on stock status, identifying any anomalies or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards related to inventory management and warehouse safety.
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues found during inventory audits promptly and thoroughly.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for inventory control procedures to boost operational efficiencies.
