We are seeking a professional Server/Waiter with at least 1.5 years of experience to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent customer service skills, comprehensive menu knowledge, and effective communication abilities. This role requires someone who can present themselves professionally, engage with customers clearly with spoken proficiency in English, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Although this position does not involve managing a team, the Server/Waiter will collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all guests. The Server/Waiter plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by promptly attending to customer needs, explaining menu items accurately, and handling orders and complaints with precision.
This position demands quick thinking and adaptability to respond to varied customer requests while maintaining high service standards.
Perks include housing, utilities, 2 meals a day, and limited medical coverage. Salary subject to performance.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and guide them through the menu with clear and effective explanations to help them make informed choices.

- Observe customers to anticipate service needs and provide attentive care to promote positive dining experiences.
- Adapt quickly to changes in the dining environment, including menu updates and special promotions.
- Present oneself professionally at all times to uphold brand image.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about menu items, service protocols, and customer service techniques.
