Accountant

Quatro Uno is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant with at least one year of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, honest, and responsible, with a strong foundation in managing accounts payable and receivable as well as maintaining the general ledger. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and supporting the efficient operation of the companys financial processes. The Accountant will handle routine accounting tasks, prepare financial documents, and assist in financial reporting, contributing to the overall financial health of Quatro Uno. This position involves working closely with various departments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. The successful candidate will manage daily bookkeeping, reconcile accounts, and support audits when necessary. Strong organizational skills and ethical standards are critical in maintaining trust and transparency. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the Accountant will collaborate effectively across functions to ensure precise financial record-keeping and timely financial information flow.
Responsibilities

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all entries are correct and complete.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
Prepare financial statements and reports according to company standards.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate financial data.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoicing and payment issues.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all accounting practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting systems and processes.
