We are looking for a dynamic and organized Project Coordinator  to work closely with our Director. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented professional with strong English and documentation skills, eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. As a key team player, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that all deliverables align precisely with project briefs. We welcome candidates with foundational experience in project coordination who are ready to step up and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and addressing their needs during events.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, coordinate tasks, and ensure project milestones are met. Provide updates to the Director and follow up with the production and events teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Review deliverables (presentations, visuals, event materials) to ensure alignment with the client’s brief and brand standards.
  • Documentation and Presentations: Prepare pitches, draft tender documents, and create engaging presentations. Maintain impeccable records of client meetings, feedback, and project details.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the Director, clients, and internal teams (production and events), ensuring clear communication and smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media Studies, Marketing, or Event Management.
  • Strong command of English and meticulous documentation abilities are a must.
  • Project management experience or a foundational understanding of project coordination principles.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt to changing project needs.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or MS Project) is a plus.
