Assist Manager Marketing in planning annual events/promotions as per event calendar in advance according to national/special days, school holidays, cultural days, international events, religious days, sporting events, etc with costs and expenditure and projected revenues. Obtain authorization for budget to hold such activities/events and follow the standard operation procedure for organizing an event.
Prepare weekly/fortnightly reports covering the progress/status of all marketing/PR activities.
Planned and maintained temporary stalls/kiosks activity inside and outside the mall and achieved revenue targets from events/promotions and marketing activities.
Maintain a record of reservation forms and client data for future reservations of stalls/activities, maintain good communication with the accounts department for up-to-date recoveries and rentals and related collections.
Identify and build a database of well-known figures/leading businesses with the name of senior management and use the database for marketing/PR communications, invitations, etc.
Develop a cross-media database to include details of contacts at national broadsheet newspapers, tabloid press, lifestyle publications, consumer magazines, high-profile NGOs, television/cable companies, production companies, P.R. companies and use it for promotional activities.
Utilize/manage the website and social media of Forum Mall and Time Out Restaurant for promotional activities.
To monitor the general upkeep of the mall/office building that covers cleanliness, display of shops/advertising materials, proper functioning of equipment, observation of timings, staff behavior, music, etc.
Ensure quality customer service is being offered in the office lobby, mall entrance, parking areas, and around the building.
