Qr Accountant is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance department. The ideal candidate has at least three years of proven experience in handling a variety of accounting tasks, including financial reporting, account reconciliation, and tax preparation. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices and the ability to manage general ledger activities accurately. The Accountant will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial data and compliance with audit and tax regulations. The Accountant performs key functions such as managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting financial analysis, and collaborating with external auditors. The candidate should be proficient with accounting software including QuickBooks, SAP Financial Accounting, Oracle, and audit management tools. Though this position does not involve team management, it demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication within the finance team.
Responsibilities

Prepare, examine, and analyze financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Manage the general ledger by maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial data entries.
Perform account reconciliation to verify and resolve discrepancies in financial accounts.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and correct processing of invoices and payments.
Coordinate and assist with tax preparation activities, ensuring compliance with tax laws and timely submission of required documentation.
Support external and internal audit processes by preparing necessary reports and documentation to comply with audit requirements.
Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP Financial Accounting, and Oracle for efficient financial data management and reporting.
Maintain compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and audit standards to safeguard financial integrity.
Prepare routine financial reports needed for internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
Review and monitor financial transactions to prevent errors and fraudulent activities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data gathering and timely resolution of financial inquiries.
