This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore for a QHSE Lead Auditor and Management Systems Consultant. The role demands a minimum of five years of relevant experience along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. The successful candidate will hold a recognized lead auditor certification and will be responsible for conducting comprehensive ISO and QHSE audits. This position involves close collaboration with clients to assess and improve their management systems, ensuring compliance and continual enhancement. The role requires some travel to client sites and offers a competitive salary range.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct ISO and QHSE audits across various client organizations, ensuring thorough evaluation of management systems.
- Analyze audit findings and prepare detailed reports highlighting non-conformities, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Verify the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions taken by clients following audit observations.
- Provide expert advice and consultancy to clients on enhancing their quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and best practices to guide clients effectively.
- Collaborate with client teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage audit schedules, documentation, and communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Travel to client locations as required to perform on-site audits and consultations.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or Engineering.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in QHSE auditing and management systems consultancy.
- Valid and recognized lead auditor certification for ISO standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Strong understanding of ISO and other relevant management system standards.
- Proven ability to conduct audits, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
- Willingness and ability to travel as part of the job requirements.
