Qatar Charity is a Doha-Qatar based International Non-Governmental Organization. Since the inception of QC services in Pakistan early 1992, the organization reflect its greater scope of work to respond to extreme poverty and the Government’s priorities. QC through its field offices enabled itself to strategically address the developmental and humanitarian needs at the very local level. QC is undertaking programmes associated with the socio-economic development of the Country. 1. Job Summary:
The monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be based in Districts Qambar Shahdadkot where donor funded project is implemented. This position reports to the project manager. This position is expected to track the project log frame and conduct the overall Monitoring and Evaluation function through support from Qatar Charity focal person in Country Office (Islamabad). S/he will be working in close coordination with both the project and program teams. The position is required to implement M&E tools to ensure that all project interventions are relevant, efficient, documented and meet desired goals and objectives.

3. Job Requirements:
a. Education Master’s degree in social sciences, Rural Development, Management sciences, Development Studies/Management or other any relevant discipline.
b. Relevant experience 04 Years -05 Years’ experience in the same capacity
c. Computer knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint), Outlook
4. Skills and Personality:
a. Communication skills Must have a communication skill
b. Personality description Courteous, Responsible, Integral, Punctual, Trustworthy
c. Technical skills Knowledge of M & E Tool, Data Management, M & E Training
