QA Executive

Stardom Now is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Sales Executive to join our team in Etihad Town, Lahore. This full-time role involves monitoring and evaluating sales interactions to ensure compliance with company quality standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying performance gaps, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with team leads to enhance service quality. The working hours for this position are from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate sales calls, chats, and customer interactions to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Ensure adherence to company quality procedures and guidelines by all team members.
- Identify performance gaps and deliver constructive feedback aimed at improving both individual and team outcomes.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports and share insights with management to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with team leads to develop and implement strategies that enhance overall service quality.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in all quality assessments to uphold company standards.

Required Qualifications
- Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a similar quality assurance or sales monitoring role is preferred.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and management.
- Excellent observation and analytical abilities to accurately assess sales interactions.
- Solid understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Ability to perform efficiently in a target-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Salary and Location
This position offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to PKR 50,000. The role is based on-site in Etihad Town, Lahore.
