Q Tech Solutions (Private) Limited is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a minimum of three years of professional experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications. The ideal candidate will independently handle both frontend and backend development, ensuring robust, clean code and seamless integration across multiple platforms and APIs. This role demands strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with modern web technologies, database management, deployment practices, and software architecture. Candidates must demonstrate real industry-level expertise with a strong portfolio or prior projects, along with the ability to work effectively within deadlines and collaborate with team members and management.
The developer will focus on creating responsive user interfaces and scalable backend systems using technologies like React, Node.js, and relational and non-relational databases. This position requires experience working with RESTful APIs, integrating third-party services, and optimizing software for performance and maintainability. While this role does not involve managing a team, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success. Additional qualifications include experience with version control systems, server management, deployment in cloud environments, and familiarity with emerging AI tools and API integrations, which will be considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain responsive and scalable web applications covering both frontend and backend components.
- Design and implement user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React.js or Next.js.
- Build robust backend APIs with Node.js, Express.js, and PHP/Laravel to support frontend applications and external integrations.
- Ensure seamless integration of RESTful APIs and third-party services including payment gateways, Firebase, and AI tools.
- Manage database architecture, design efficient queries, and optimize performance for MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases.
- Handle the deployment process on Linux servers, VPS, cloud platforms, and cPanel environments, using Docker containers where applicable.
- Maintain version control using Git and implement clean, documented, and reusable code following best software development practices.
- Debug, analyze, and resolve performance bottlenecks and application issues to ensure high reliability and responsiveness.
- Collaborate closely with product management and team members to align development work with project goals and deadlines.
- Continuously update skills and stay current with modern development trends, software architecture principles, and AI integration possibilities.
