HR Generalist

We are looking for a motivated; detail-oriented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team of professionals. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

Create and manage recruitment plans and processes
Generate official HR documents (offer letters, salary slips, etc.)
Maintain employee records and files
Develop onboarding plans and educate new hires on HR policies
Facilitate training and development programs
Initiate employee engagement and retention strategies
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
Address employee grievances and conflicts
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Collaborate on HR projects and system implementations
Perform additional tasks assigned by management
