The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for handling generated leads, closing deals, onboarding clients, upselling services, and maintaining ongoing client satisfaction. This role involves ensuring clients are satisfied with the company's services, using feedback for continuous improvement, and identifying new opportunities for engagement and sales.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Actively engage with leads generated by various marketing campaigns via phone and email, converting them into opportunities.
Identify and approach potential new companies or individuals to engage as clients, driving new business growth.
Consult with physician practices to understand practice workflow needs and expectations, providing tailored solutions.
Coordinate client meetings and quarterly business reviews to build and strengthen business relationships.
Effectively present services to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the company's offerings.
Act as a point of contact for complaints, escalating issues as appropriate to ensure swift resolution.
Understand and help meet the targets and aims of the client, aligning services with their goals.
Monitor the effectiveness of systems, policies, and procedures, making recommendations to ensure efficient daily operations.
Ensure existing clients are satisfied through after-service care, utilizing feedback for continuous improvement.
Research industry trends and provide strategic advice to colleagues about client strategy and new sales opportunities.
