We are a prominent real estate agency specializing in the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties in the Mauripur and Hub River Road area of Karachi. With an extensive inventory of houses and plots, we are dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional service and expertise in the real estate market.
We are currently seeking experienced Real Estate Agents to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess in-depth knowledge of the Mauripur and Hub River Road area and have a proven track record of success in real estate sales.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for potential clients and leads to expand the customer base.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends and property values in the Mauripur and Hub River Road area.
- Evaluate clients' needs and preferences to identify suitable properties.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on pricing, negotiations, and property financing.
- Prepare and present property listings and contracts to clients.
- Coordinate property viewings and inspections.
- Facilitate communication and negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, transactions, and client interactions.
- Stay up to date on real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, preferably in the Mauripur and Hub River Road area of Karachi.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including property values, and amenities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with real estate CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
Schedule:
- Full-time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Salary:
You will be provided a basic salary and commission on every transaction.
