Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly monitor online platforms for relevant tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs in both local and international markets.
  • Analyze and collect information on available tenders, ensuring they align with the company's interests and objectives.
  • Support the procurement team with the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Conduct market research, both online and in person, to obtain competitive pricing and understand market trends.
  • Maintain and update a database of tenders, including submission deadlines, requirements, and other essential details.
  • Assist with the creation and organization of necessary documents and templates for tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
  • Prepare summary reports and participate in preliminary evaluations of tender opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the procurement team to facilitate the smooth submission of bids and proposals.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

  • Prior experience working with tenders, bid preparation, or a similar role is essential.
  • Experience supporting procurement teams and managing tender submission processes.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to efficiently navigate and search online tender platforms.
  • Market Research Skills: Ability to conduct market research to obtain pricing information and assess competitive landscapes both online and in person.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must have a personal laptop or PC and a stable internet connection to work remotely.
  • Ability to work independently, adhere to deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
