Sales Closer

With at least one year of experience, the Sales Closer will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. This role involves engaging potential customers, handling objections, and guiding prospects through the final stages of the sales process to successfully close deals. The position also includes managing a team of 20 sales professionals, providing leadership, direction, and support to maximize overall team performance and sales outcomes. As a Sales Closer at Pyramid Connect, you will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to identify high-quality leads and develop strategies that optimize conversion rates. You will be responsible for mentoring and motivating your team, setting clear goals, and maintaining high levels of productivity. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and the ability to create rapport with clients quickly. Your expertise in lead generation and cold calling techniques will contribute significantly to the continuous pipeline of potential clients and successful closures.
