Data Entry Executive

Purelogics is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive with 1-2 years of experience in data entry and data extraction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of data extraction tools and techniques, with a proven track record of handling complex data entry tasks efficiently. This role requires a person with a keen eye for detail, an ability to work independently, and a solid understanding of various data extraction tools, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of data.

Requirements:

1-2 years of hands-on experience in data entry and data extraction.
Strong expertise in data extraction tools (e.g., Lead411, Adap.io, Cognism, Allforeads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.Ai, Clay etc ).
Proficiency in managing and organizing large datasets with high attention to detail.
Sound knowledge of data validation and quality control processes.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Qualification required: Bachelor's degree (BA) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Conduct data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all information is recorded accurately.
Utilize advanced data extraction tools to gather and organize data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
Perform in-depth research to acquire the necessary data, filtering and verifying its quality before entry.
Maintain and manage large datasets, ensuring data security and compliance with privacy regulations.
Collaborate with research and analysis teams to understand data needs and provide support for research initiatives.
Monitor and improve data collection and entry processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Generate reports and summaries based on entered data, highlighting trends and insights as needed.
