You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate order processing by confirming details with customers in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to basic customer questions related to orders.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or call handling is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in Urdu and English.
