Essential Job Functions:                                

  • Plans, organizes, and conducts activities in the Warehouse to ensure availability and efficient materials.
  • Maintains the warehouse to maintain an organized layout and safe work environment.
  • Conducts annual physical inventories to verify stock and identify losses.
  • Receives supplies items to ensure specifications, quantity, and quality of order are correct.
  • Stocks equipment and supplies to maintain required inventory levels.
  • Processes stock requisitions to ensure that supplies and materials are delivered promptly.
  • Maintains various records, schedules, files, etc. to document and provide reliable information.
  • Suggest reallocation of prime and overstock locations to reflect the velocity of movement of the items that we store.
  • Actively supervises warehouse processes that affect inventory accuracy and control including replenishment, picking correct quantities and units of measure, random audits, outbound order checking
  • Arranging & receiving of raw material from other units, domestic as well as international vendors as per plan.
  • Three-way match Vendor's invoice, Purchase order & Receiving report & reconciliation IN ERP.
  • Issuing of various raw materials about different sections of the unit as per plan, Stock Updating & verification
  • Formulate ways to optimize inventory control measures
  • Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages
  • Analyze data to anticipate future needs
  • Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
  • Overall responsibility for all day-to-day activity of the store including stock receipt, stock issue, and record maintenance.
  • Managing the material in/out on all the products with accountability which includes finished products, dispatch & delivery.
  • Checking the material issuance and receipt of the products/goods. Interact with related warehouses and production departments.
  • Stock verification & auditing to be done personally.
  • Interact with the internal team to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Recording all inventory-related transactions in an ERP Daily Basis.
  • Ensuring that stores are well maintained and kept clean.
